myMITC Mobile Includes Many New Features for Scheduling
These new features include:
- Ability to provide employee access to restrictions & preferences with manager approval for change. Adds pending requests to Manager Dashboard and a global on/off option.
- The option for employees to request a shift and manager approval. Adds pending requests for Manager Dashboard. Manager will see all pending requests. Uses Fill Open Positions to select best candidate(s). Global on/off option.
- Save Fill Open Positions search criteria by Job
- The option to ask employees to confirm schedule. Global on/off option.
- Color-coded shifts.
- Visual schedule presentations for employees and managers.
